It was interesting to stumble upon a post on Mike Skinner’s blog, that the iconic bus stop that stood proudly on the cover of The Streets’ 2nd album A grand don’t come for free, had been replaced.
It was also quite strange to see it in a different light – quite literally, 8 years on since the albums release
This just goes to show what lighting, a good photographic eye and a little post production does to a photograph, rather than your dull sky, day time snap shot.

We are Pentagon Design and we provide innovative multi-disciplinary and creative solutions in Graphic Design, Web Design, Packaging Design, Advertising, Video FX and Photography. We have been running strong since 1990 (that means we have quite a bit of experience). But you don’t need to know all this, we aren’t selling ourselves to other designers (there’s no point), you’re only interested in the pretty pictures we find on the Internet and our thoughts on the designs we upload here!
We have set up DesignShape/ in order to share our creative thoughts from within the studio with other design freaks across the world. On this blog we will post any design pieces that make us go “Oooooo” and “Ahhhhh” whether it be a miniature business card or a large-scale projection on the side of a 20-story building. We will also post some of our own stuff that will make other creative’s say: “Nice”…
